Day 01. Arrival

  • Meeting of tourists at the Baku airport after Heydar Aliyev.
  • Transfer to the hotel.
  • Accommodation at the hotel.
  • Departure to Baku city walking tour. The center of Baku is the Old Town, which is also a fortress. Most of the walls, reinforced after the Russian conquest in 1806, survive. This section is picturesque, with its maze of narrow alleys and ancient buildings. A part of the palace, a mosque, and a minaret date to the XI-th century.
  • Dinner in national restaurant.
  • Return to the hotel. Overnight.

Day 02. Baku-Shamakhy

  • Breakfast at the hotel, check out.
  • Walking Tour in the Old Town The Old Town, called Ichari Sheher , extends from the curve of the Baku Bay through the hills behind it. The Old Town is an ensemble of narrow alleys and winding passages neatly bordered with high fortress walls. Low stone walls of Shirvanshahs’ Palace, built in the XV-XVI c.c., grandness of the masonry and inscriptions on the royal chambers, mosques and mausoleums are located within the Old Town.The royal complex contains a domed pavilion, a small two-story palace, courtyards, a royal mausoleum, and a mosque. On the verge of Icheri Sheher the legendary Maiden Tower opens amazing view on the bay.

  • Tour to Absheron Peninsula The tour includes: visiting Fire mountain Yanardaq, fire worshippers temple Ateshgah and Fire mountain Yanardag.The burning hillside of Yanardag is one of Azerbaijan’s most bizarre sites. From beneath the earth flammable gases seep through the porous sandstone, erupting into flames that can reach 10 metres in height – the flames are never extinguished, been lit accidentally in 1958. Most of the world’s ‘flaming mountains’ are situated in Azerbaijan and Marco Polo recorded similar sights nearby he passed through the region. The temple of fire worshippers Ateshgah is located at the Apsheron peninsula at the outskirts of Surakhani village in30 km from the centre of Baku and was revered in different times by Zoroastrians, Hindus and Sikhs. 
  • Departure to Shamakhy.
  • Arrival to Shamakhy and short visit of Juma mosque.
  • Accommodation and dinner at the hotel restaurant.

Day 03. Shamakhy – Lahij – Gabala – Sheki

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Transfer to lahij mountain settlement.
  • Walking tour to Lahij settlement, one of the beautiful corners of Azerbaijan Republic is the city type settlement, situated on the north of the country, on the south slop of the Big Caucasus mountain chain, 1505 m. high above the sea level. Geographical position of the settlement and rich historical architectural and historical monuments, crafts, developed among the aboriginal population made Lahij very famous. Tableware and weapon of Lahij masters were in great demand on the whole Caucasus. Today local craftsmen – braziers, curriers, chasers, potters, smiths, incrustations and engravers on metal and wood, carpet-makers continue the work of their ancestors.
  • Lunch in local restaurant.
  • Departure to Sheki city.
  • On the way visit to “Seven beauties” and Albanian Christian temple in Nij village,
  • Arrival in Sheki, accommodation at the hotel.
  • Dinner in national restaurant.
  • Overnight.

Day 04. Sheki-Ganja

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Tour in Sheki: Panoramic view to Sheki city, visiting Royal Summer Palace of Sheki Khans (Kings) with magnificent frescos (one of them is 80 feet long) and exquisite stained glass work, Caravanserai, Christian temples: an early-medieval round temple (now – the Museum of National-Applied Creativity) in the warehouse part of the city “Sheki Galasy”,  Sheki History Museum.
  • Lunch in local restaurant.
  • Departure to Ganja city.
  • Arrival to Ganja, accommodation at the hotel.
  • Dinner in national restaurant.
  • Overnight.

Day 05. Ganja-Naftalan

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Tour in Ganja:Shah Abbas mosque of the XVII century with two tall minarets and a dome amazingly decorated, the first parliament of the short lived ‘Azerbaijan Democratic Republic’; originally it was the city hall and is now used as an agricultural school, Bottle House, a two-storey building decorated with about 50.000 glass bottles! (Guseinli and Garia streets crossing), History museum, Chokek hamam etc.
  • Lunch in local restaurant.
  • Transfer to Naftalan city.
  • On the way visit to Nizami’s mausoleum. The monument, built in 1991, replaces a similar obelisk dating to the late 1940s. The mausoleum is an elegant marble covered structure about 20 m. tall.
  • Arrival to Naftalan, accommodation and dinner at the hotel restaurant.
  • Overnight.

Day 06. Naftalan-Gobustan-Baku

  • Breakfast at the hotel and check out.
  • Acquaintance with the therapeutic properties of a unique kind of oil, “Naftalan” in place of its production and use in the world of practical medicine
  • Departure to Baku via Gobustan.
  • On the way lunch in local restaurant.
  • Visit to State historical and artistic national park Gobustan. Gobustan is a unique relic of universal importance and was included into the list of World heritage of UNESCO. Here at the territory of537 hectares evidences of inhabitants of this region of the Stone age era and the period after are concentrated – petroglyphs, site, tombstones etc.
  • Transfer to Baku city.
  • Arrival to Baku, accommodation at the hotel.
  • Dinner in national restaurant.
  • Overnight.
Day 07. Departure

  • Breakfast at the hotel,
  • check out till 12:00
  • Transfer to airport.
